A little girl takes us on a tour of her imaginary house ; when the lights go out and come back on, she has become an old woman in a house that suddenly seems far too small.
Then a mysterious visitor appears at the door and tells the old woman that she is going to die. How is that possible ? Just yesterday, she was a child. Proof of it : the very same shoes she still wears.
To die, yes — but not before returning her shoes to the little girl…
